Payment Arrangements
To facilitate the payment process, you will receive a payment link offering various payment options. A deposit of either 20% or 100% of the accommodation cost is required at the time of booking (100% for bookings that are non‒refundable). The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Check‒In
By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code for your key box on your mobile number as well as parallel to your e‒mail address at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, an earlier check‒in is not possible.
Keys
The check‒in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 5 days before arrival by mail.
Parking Place
Right next to the accommodation there is a small, free parking lot, which is labeled.
Check‒Out & Key Return
The apartment as well as the parking place must be left no later than 09:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Unfortunately, a late check‒out cannot be offered.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
For each person, a laundry set consisting of a flat sheet, a pillowcase cover, a duvet cover, two towels, and a bath mat is available. Each toilet is also stocked with two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, you will find two dish towels.
Hygiene Products
Our accommodation provides hand soap and a hairdryer in the bathrooms.
Cancellation Fee
Changes and cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free. Changes and cancellations within 30 days will be charged with 100% of the total price. A resignation must be made in written form.
